Subject: Which Version Indeed?
Subject: Which Version Indeed?
This Bible was Actually Published in 1613 According to 1) the Psalms Title Page, and 2) the Colophon at the very end of the book.
The Title Page and the New Testament Title Pages each show 1611 which would indicate that they were each Printed in 1611. But were the Title Pages just inserted from a previous Printing? The Mystery persists.
A few things worth noting about this Bible:
1. It is a "she" Bible (Rut 3:15, 1st KJV "she" Bible was 1613),
2. It Accurately Translates "Passover" in Act 12:4 (1st KJV to Accurately Translate is the New KJV).
3. Bible could not be found in Herbert's Historical Catalog. Closest Bible Found was 1613 (323) but it's a King James "he" Bible.
Another Mystery Bible...

This isn't a Geneva bible of the XVII century, the year was changed for the new rules of the King James I.
Beautiful aportation, and I will make a new testament of that bible edition.
